Mr. McGinty, a 25-year law enforcement veteran, was a fact finder in the first World Trade Center Bombing, TWA Flight 800 tragedy, Oklahoma City Bombing, and was a member of the oversight committee for the Columbine High School investigation. DHS has contracted him for active shooter/workplace violence programs. Recognized as a leader in the countryâ??s Safe School Initiative for Critical Response, he has over five hundred different school administrators participating in his seminars. Jim also conducts security and vulnerability assessments for Fortune 1000 companies.

Mr. Hogan has over 21 years of experience in healthcare/organizational security operations and law enforcement. His work includes conducting violence risk assessments, investigating incidents as well as managing and designing protection programs. Prior to coming to St. Jude, Mr. Hogan spent 11 years in law enforcement. Mr. Hogan holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Memphis and a Masters of Business Administration from Union University.
